In addition to the reading, writing and sailing you've read about in the rest of the site, I'm also spend time raising my sixteen-year-old son and his dachshunds.

The Seattle area is one of the few places I know where you are less than two hours from winter activities and summer activities at the same time. In addition to those, we go away on summer vacations and, of course, I do have summertime toys (sailboats). Some of our travel is further abroad and for those I have international travel journals.
